Apart from the Exit menu item, under the File menu you will
find sub menu items all related to the text editor.
They are self explanatory.

text editor.

This menu comes in very handy if you have closed
any panels and you want them to make visible again.

Will bring you to either the

Opens the Help file, checks for a new version or opens the About box as shown below.
